Project management plays key factor for improvement of the domestic mining industry in current process of global convergence of management and control systems. The fact that mining projects have proven to be the most difficult to manage, requiring not only a deep understanding of the subject, but equally developed competencies in the field of project management. Master Class aims to provide a general understanding of the success of the subsoil use project management, paying attention to the stress management issues and illustrating standardized processes and tools used effectively in the world. The audience will have an opportunity in an interactive format and under coach guidance to identify project stakeholders, to form a hierarchical structure of the projects, to assess the risks.
