These may vary depending on the level of media support provided

  • Complimentary admission of one partner’s marketing representative to the Minex forum on 17-18 March 2010. [1]
  • Discount to partners’ members (member organisations) attending the forum.
  • Opportunity for distribution of the partner’s printed materials at Minex on-site exhibition, 17-18 March. [2]
  • Partner’s logo placement on the back cover of the forum’s proceedings catalogue. [3]
  • Complimentary A4 colour advertising insert in the forum’s proceedings catalogue.
  • Partner’s logo, short word company description and hyperlink display on the MINEX info partners web page. [3, 4]
  • Banner placement on Minex website. [3, 4]
  • One membership or subscription offer sent by email to forum’s delegates.

Media partner will be asked to:

  • Place two MINEX advertisements in the printed media prior to the forum.
  • Place forum’s promotional web banner on partner’s website (from the agreement date till 18 March 2010).
  • Enter forum’s details in the published by partner events calendar.
  • Send two electronic forum announcement to the subscribers prior to the forum.
  • Publishing forum report or editorial in the partner’s printed or on-line media.
  • Provide Minex with complimentary news subscription (when applicable) for a period of up to 12 months.


  1. All travel, visa and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the media partner.
  2. Media partner will be assigned with an individual space or table for the distribution of the printed materials.
  3. Logos must be provided preferably in vector format and advertisements in Adobe Illustrator CS/CS2/CS3 or Corel Draw formats, all fonts must be converted into curves/outlines. File size max 20 Mb.
  4. Link to partner’s website and short 100 words description must be provided by Media partner.
